The company’s historical organizational project artifacts may provide some useful information, but they may not reflect the current situation or the specific needs of the new project. The company’s project responsibility assignment matrix (RAM) may show the roles and responsibilities of the project team members, but it may not indicate their availability or skills. The company’s resource management plan may describe the policies and procedures for managing resources, but it may not provide the details of the individual resources required for the new project.
