Advising the new team member to enroll in project management training (option A) may be helpful, but it is not specific to the project and may not cover the skills and knowledge needed for the project activities. Instructing the new team member to review the RACI matrix before asking for help (option B) may be seen as dismissive and unhelpful, and it does not provide enough information about the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and stakeholders.
