Employees at an online retailer want to use AI to gain insights into existing business...

Account Discovery is the purpose-built Marketing Cloud Next agent for examining existing business accounts and helping marketers identify additional people who may belong to relevant buyer groups. Salesforce lists several standard actions associated specifically with the Account Discovery agent, including Get Marketing Scores, Get Recent Activities, Summarize Conversations, and Find New Buyer Group Members . Those capabilities directly match this scenario: employees need account-level intelligence and want to discover additional stakeholders who can be nurtured.

Agentforce Employee is a broader employee-facing Agentforce capability rather than the specialized marketing agent designed for account discovery. Segment Creation addresses a different requirement: it translates audience descriptions into Data 360 segmentation criteria. It doesn't primarily analyze business accounts or identify prospective buyer-group participants.

Therefore, Account Discovery is the correct specialized agent. The uploaded master bank also identifies option B. Current Salesforce documentation explicitly includes Find New Buyer Group Members among the Account Discovery agent's standard actions.
