A business analyst (BA) is managing stakeholder collaboration to ensure positive reactions are capitalized upon.

 Interviews are a technique for eliciting information from stakeholders by asking questions and listening to their responses. Interviews can be used to identify and confirm the correct stakeholders for a project, as well as to understand their needs, expectations, and preferences.
