 A concept model is a visual representation of the business concepts and their relationships. It helps to clarify the meaning of the terms and concepts used in the requirements. However, different stakeholders may have different levels of understanding and interest in the concept model, depending on their roles and perspectives. Therefore, the BA should use an appropriate level of abstraction to support differing viewports, which are views of the same model that focus on different aspects or levels of detail.
