 Workspaces are collaborative spaces where you can share and discuss objects from SAP Service Cloud Version 2 with your team members using Microsoft Teams. You can share the following objects with Workspaces: Sales Quotes, Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Activities, and Tickets.
