Which role is responsible for implementation of processes into Production?

According to the result from Blue Prism University | Release Manager, the Release Manager is responsible for implementation of processes into Production. The Release Manager handles the release administration of the SS&C Blue Prism live environment and determines the processes that are ready for the next stage.
