Type MOVE in the command line and press Enter.

Click on the text label and move it to the desired location outside the building.

Verify the Positioning:

Switch back to the 1:50 scale to ensure that the label at 1:50 scale remains in its original position inside the building.

Verify that the 1:100 scale label is positioned outside the building.

This approach ensures that each annotative scale label is positioned correctly relative to the different scales.
