What open-source project enables automated lifecycle management of VMware vSphere Kubernetes Service (VKS) clusters?

Contour is an ingress controller (traffic routing), kubeadm is a Kubernetes bootstrap tool (not the VKS lifecycle controller framework), and Grafana is observability/visualization (not cluster lifecycle).
