To redirect traffic from ASN 64501 to 10.0.0.0/8 via the primary link North_A instead of the slow backup link North_B, setting a higher local preference between North_A and South_A is required. Local preference is a BGP attribute that helps in selecting the exit point from an AS (Autonomous System).
