Which media type must be used for zero-touch provisioning on a Cisco ISE hardware appliance?

Virtual media is used for zero-touch provisioning of a Cisco ISE hardware appliance. Through the appliance’s out-of-band management controller, an administrator can remotely mount installation or provisioning media as though it were physically attached to the server. The appliance can then boot from the remotely mounted image and use the prepared configuration information to perform installation with minimal direct interaction at the physical location. This approach is especially useful when deploying appliances in remote data centres where no administrator is available to insert media or complete the console-based setup. A normal network connection is required for subsequent communication but is not the media type specified for the zero-touch installation process. USB and physical CD/DVD media require someone to be present at the appliance, which contradicts the remote and unattended objective of zero-touch provisioning.
