Secured prints is a feature that allows the MFP to print documents only after entering a PIN or password, which does not address the user’s request. Web services is a feature that allows the MFP to access online services such as cloud storage or email, which may not be viewable by everyone in the department either. Printer share is not a setting on the MFP, but a feature that allows a device to share its printer with other devices on a network
